Paul Herrerias’ unique strategic approach to senior executive recruitment has benefited companies of all sizes, from start-up to global firms. His educational pursuits include a Masters in HR, a CPA license, and faculty member for business and operations leaders. At home, Paul is an organic gardener and home brewer.

Leilani Johnson has a career in food and beverage. She spent 12 years at Treasury Wine Estates, where she led the HR business partner function for the Americas region before heading up leadership and development programs globally. She left Treasury to be the Chief People Officer at Mezzetta Foods, evolving the HR function from transactional to strategic. More recently, Leilani served as the VP of Talent and Capability for The Wine Group, developing their first talent management organization, leading talent acquisition, learning and development and DEI and partnering with the senior leaders as their internal executive coach. Taking a break from corporate life, she launched Leilani Johnson Consulting in December 2022, serving clients as an Executive Coach, HR partner, advisor, and facilitator.

David is passionate about Doing Good while Doing Well, and supports Ag Tech companies using technology to create significant financial and social value. David is CFO of Local Bounti, a 300-employee plant tech company, and has worked as CFO, Board member, and Co-Founder of Ag Tech companies. An MBA from Yale and undergrad from Notre Dame, he is an avid adventurer conquering Kilimanjaro, Everest Base Camp, the John Muir Trail & Mt. Whitney, the NYC Marathon, Clubbing in Lagos, Safaris in Zambia, and having THREE kids!
