The Annual Meeting of Members of North Bay Food Industry Group, Inc, dba Naturally North Bay, a California Non-Profit Mutual Benefit Corporation (the "Company"), will be held via Zoom on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 3:00pm.

The Agenda for the meeting shall be as follows:
