Cultivating a Culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in a Complex World

In order to cultivate a culture of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), one must understand what is going on in the world today. We start by defining DEIB to understand why it is important for people and for business. This definition will move us into exploring the components of a strong DEIB program and then ideas on activating change within your organization.
